This is a trail run and won't be in full operation for a few weeks.

The Young Leader wants to offer young people the chance to be in a mastermind. If you do not know what a mastermind is, basically it is where liked minded individuals come together sharing each others problems and offering potential solutions. There is an accountability aspect and a give and take aspect. Only the ones who have passed through the Habits 1-3 will be able to fully participate in this discussion.

In a mastermind there isn't a one leader who leads to group and shares her or his knowledge rather the group dynamics is that all are here to bring something to the table. To learn more about what a mastermind is check out Pat Flynn's blog post.

Ideas will be shared, and relationships will be fostered here.

A huge push for this work comes from the fact that many older leaders or more experienced leaders have the opportunity to develop and pursue their dreams effectively working with others. Many young leaders do not have such an opportunity. We want to give you that opportunity to become who you want and will be.
